Oral Appliance Therapy is the main alternative to CPAP therapy. Dr. Charles is a local Dentist with extensive training and expertise in his field of Dentistry. Over the years, he also has developed great interests in sleep medicine having interacted with so many (friends, family and patients) with Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
He is a current member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), the International Academy of Sleep, and The American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Together with his partners (Dr. Ajay Kashi, and Tammy Korpiel), they hope to use state-of-the-art technology and techniques to give their patients a better night’s rest.
Dr. Charles is married to Dr. Julie Labrecque and they have two children. He keeps active by enjoying CrossFit training when he gets the chance.

Dr. Kashi obtained his training to become a dentist in his native country of India in the year 2002. He moved to the United States in the year 2003 to pursue advanced training at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, The University of Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health and the Strong Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Kashi is proficient in all areas of dentistry and has a strong focus in dental sleep medicine, oral surgery, implant dentistry, prosthodontics, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He likes to keep up to date with the latest advancements in his field through continuing education courses and study clubs. Dr. Kashi has extensively published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, reference textbooks and serves as a scientific reviewer for several peer reviewed journals in dentistry and biomedical engineering. In his spare time, Dr. Kashi enjoys stand-up comedy, traveling and working out.
Chief Operating Officer
Tammy Korpiel comes to our practice with over 20 years of experience in business and leadership development. Tammy received her first B.S. degree in Health Education from Slippery Rock University in 1985 and her second B.S. degree in Physical Therapy from Howard University in 1988.
Tammy is currently the president and CEO of two successful local businesses. Her past and present experiences in business formation, organizational operations and human resource management suit her well for the position of Chief Operating Officer. Tammy is married to David and they have two children. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and traveling.
For more than 25 years, Wendy has been working with physicians, assisting and educating patients with a variety of needs. She has extensive medical billing and durable medical equipment expertise. Wendy’s goal is to guide and educate the patient, every step of the way to obtain the needed treatment plan. Wendy is passionate about Sleep Apnea and its treatment as a close family member was not diagnosed and not treated which lead to cardiac disease and sudden death. In her free time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her three children.
